SHIPPING OPTIONS offers four levels of shipping : Economy, 3-Day Express, 2-Day Express, and Overnight shipping. Most orders for in-stock items placed before 12pm (noon) Pacific ship within 24-48 hours.  We do not currently offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes.

Note: Shipping charges are calculated for each individual ship to address. Please refer to the shipping and handling chart for charges per shipping address. All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so that we may help locate your package.

Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based upon the total cost of merchandise in your order to each individual shipping address. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. Free Shipping for orders over $50 via Economy shipping.

International Shipping does not currently offer international shipping on orders. We are working on international shipping solutions to better serve our customers in the future. Customers located in Europe may visit to place an order.


Returns / Exchanges



We will accept returns on items purchased on when the following criteria are met:

  • Items are returned within 90 days of customer receipt
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below)
  • Product is returned and received in good condition—undamaged, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Excludes food items (i.e. seasonings) and items marked as “Clearance”

We are unable to accept any items for return without proof of purchase. Items not purchased at are ineligible for return.

Proof of Purchase for Eligible Items
Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

  • Email Receipt
  • Original Packing Slip
  • Order Number

To return a product purchased on

1. Request a product return using this form or by emailing Please include your name, address, order number and item to be returned in your message.
2. You will receive an email authorizing your product return if criteria listed above are met.
3. Pack the product carefully in a shipping box, so that the product and product packaging are not damaged in transit, with a printed copy of your return authorization email.
4. Ship your return package, prepaid, using a USPS Priority Mail with Tracking, UPS, or FedEx. Please retain your tracking information for proof of your return, and so we may locate your package should it be lost in transit.
5. Your refund will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return, and in accordance with the terms of our refund policy.




Customers returning any item purchased on, and meeting the criteria of our return policy, will receive a full refund of the item’s original purchase price, issued via the original method of payment. Original methods of payment include: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards, and Store Credit. If the original method of payment is a credit card that is no longer valid, the refund will issues via either company check or store credit (customer preference). NOTE: Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Defective Products


Though Mastrad, Inc. (Mastrad) strives to maintain the utmost levels of quality in our products, defects may occur as part of the manufacturing process. For those who have purchased a defective Mastrad product, Mastrad deeply apologizes for the inconvenience. As part of the company’s continuous product improvement process, we encourage customers who have a defective Mastrad product to contact us.


What should I do if my product is defective?

If you believe you own a defective Mastrad product, whether you purchased your product at or elsewhere, please follow the below instructions:
1. Take a digital picture of the potentially-defective product.
2. Email picture and contact information (including first and last name, address and telephone number) to
3. Mastrad customer service will reply to you via email with further instructions. Next steps may include verification of warranty period using proof of purchase, submitting further information, etc. At our discretion, we may ask customers to return the defective products for our quality control department to review, at no shipping cost to you. (We will send you a pre-paid FedEx label)


When will I receive my replacement ?

You will receive your replacement product within 5-10 business days. If a replacement is not available, Mastrad reserves the right to offer a store credit or Gift Card to as a suitable replacement.

30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Mastrad, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our products, and we want every customer to be satisfied with his or her purchase. Within 30 days of receiving your Mastrad product purchased from, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product to us for a full refund of the product’s purchase price (excludes all shipping & handling charges).

Mastrad Limited One Year General Product Warranty

Mastrad, Inc. (Mastrad) warrants to the original owner of any new Mastrad product that it is free of defects in material, construction, and workmanship for a period of one year under normal use and proper care. Mastrad will repair or replace, at its discretion, any item with a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. Should the defective item be discontinued, a similar item will be substituted.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, minor imperfections, or slight color variations in material. Incidents of overheating, alterations, misuse, negligence, abuse unauthorized repair, or use of non-genuine Mastrad parts will void this warranty. Mastrad will not be responsible for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages relating to Mastrad products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Some Mastrad products, such as Deos stainless steel soap and Mastrad baking pans/molds, feature warranty terms in excess of one year. For more detailed information on the warranty terms for these items, please refer to the product packaging or listing on the Mastrad website.

If an item is thought to have a manufacturing defect, please contact Mastrad, Inc. customer service for detailed instructions on submitting a claim. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer in the United States or Canada is required for all manufacturing defect claims.

Gift Cards & Store Credit is pleased to offer digital gift cards for purchase through our online store. These digital gift cards may be used to purchase merchandise only at, and do not expire. You may apply the balance of a gift card to your account, or use the balance to pay for an order directly by entering the Gift Card code during the checkout process. Any purchases with order totals that exceed the value of the Gift Card will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.


Gift Card Terms and Conditions Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only at Gift Cards are denoted in US Dollars and do not expire. Purchases will be deducted from each card's balance until the value reaches zero dollars. Gift Card may also be applied to and stored with a user’s customer account. Once a Gift Card is applied to and stored with a customer account, the Gift Card balance is transferred to that customer account in its entirety. Cards will be considered void if auctioned, bartered or sold. Cardholders may check their balances at , by submitting a request using this form. Mastrad can only guarantee the authenticity of Gift Cards if they are purchased through Gift Cards purchased through online auction and classified ad sites may be counterfeit or have a zero dollar balance and can be canceled at any time if determined to be fraudulent.


Store Credit

Store credit is applied to and stored on a user’s customer account. Store credit is denoted in US Dollars and never expires. Store credit is redeemable for merchandise only at Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
